Our Careline GO:
The GO uses a roaming mobile sim and will connect to the strongest 3G mobile network available when you press the button for help. It has Global Positioning (GPS) technology so our operators can locate the area where you are and can contact a family member or the emergency services with your location.
The GO can detect sudden impact falls and will automatically place a call to our control centre. Alternatively the button can be pressed to activate a call for help.
We offer a grant to cover the cost of the installation of our Careline Personal Alarm, Falls Pendant and GO if you live within West Norfolk and are in receipt of a qualifying benefit, or experiencing memory loss.
