Our team are dedicated to provide you with the high quality service you deserve. Your calls and enquiries will be answered by our customer information centre who will determine the best way to deal with your enquiry and direct you to the correct department.

Judith Berry

Community Health and Well-being Manager

Judith joined Careline Community Service in 2018, having spent the previous 13 years working within Health and Social Care in west Norfolk. Judith has also worked within the Criminal Justice System supporting clients with extreme issues and chaotic lives. She brings a wealth of Project management and experience to the team. Working with partner agencies to represent the Borough in shaping services for elderly and vulnerable people is a huge focus of her role. Judith has overall management responsibility for both Careline and Lily which also provides Community Response support to the residents of west Norfolk.

Our visiting team

Our visiting team are DBS police checked and all officers wear council photographic ID badges providing you with assurance that they are who they say they are. Our Careline installers are Nigel Grant, Tracey Yallop and Timothy Laybourn. With over 50 years combined experience working for Careline, you are in very safe hands.

Our administration and finance team

Our administration and finance team deal with bookings, invoicing and payments, and are available to answer any queries you may have regarding any of these.

Our business development and marketing team

Our business development and marketing team are out and about in the community delivering presentations to stake holders and talks to local support groups. They manage all of the marketing and promotional activity for Careline and are happy to attend any groups requesting more information about the services we provide.

The Lily team

Here at Careline we work very closely with Lily. Lily offers support to adults who are experiencing loneliness or isolation as well as supporting the wider community as required.

Currently the Lily team are working to support people who are in financial hardship as well as working alongside Hanseatic Union and Access to support Ukrainians as they settle into West Norfolk.

Lily also has an online directory offering information on services, organisations, groups and activities with the west Norfolk area.
