When using our personal alarms it is vital that your friends, carers, relatives and if necessary, the emergency services have quick access to your home without causing damage.

Our key safes are a secure metal box within which you can store a spare key, accessible by a code you can give to anyone who might need access.

It can only be fitted to a concrete or bare brick (no render) external wall.

If you need carers, loved ones or the emergency services to access your home then a key safe can provide secure storage for your house keys which are accessible via a code.

The Supra C500 Pro KeySafe™ is police accredited and functions during power cuts as there is no batteries or mains wiring required.

Our key safes:

  • are police accredited and tested on external walls
  • have an integral hook to ensure easy access to keys
  • are rust and water resistant
  • have over 4,000 possible combinations

We offer a grant to cover the full cost of your Careline Key Safe if you live within West Norfolk and have a disability or health condition.

How to register your Key Safe code with the ambulance service

A Key Safe access form can be completed to provide the ambulance service with your code to allow safe and easy access to your property when they are called out to you.
