Lost your pendant?

If you have lost your pendant we can arrange a visit to provide you with a new one. Please be aware a replacement pendant is charged at £60.

If you find your pendant and return it to us within 1 month we will refund the price of the new one.

Need an additional pendant?

If you would like an additional pendant for your Careline Personal Alarm we can arrange a visit to install one for an extra 34p per week.

Need a new wrist strap or neck cord?

If your wrist strap or neck cord becomes damaged or is lost we can send out a replacement to you.

Do you have a payment query?

If you have a query regarding one of your payments enquire below and we will contact you with details.

Do you need to change contact information?

If you need to change your contact information the easiest way to do so is to press you red button and call through to the monitoring centre.

They will then be able to update your details directly onto the system.

Do you have an alarm fault?

If your alarm is giving a warning message contact us right away on 01553 616200.
