Here you can find copies of the annual newsletters we sent out with our yearly invoices in April 2024 and 2025.

From June 2025 we will also be sending two newsletters by email – one for customers and their families, and one for healthcare professionals – approximately monthly.

Email newsletters will include:

• A digest of that month’s social media content
• Updates about the digital switchover of phone lines
• Customer stories
• News about forthcoming Careline events – public and professional
• Details of how you can work with Careline
