The Careline GO offers peace of mind and reassurance on the go, allowing you to call for help with the touch of a button.

Whether you are walking your dog or on a shopping trip alone, the GO helps to keep you safe and independent.

Our Careline GO:

is small, discreet and stylish
works anywhere with a 3G mobile network signal
automatically alerts us if you experience a hard fall, followed by a period of inactivity (you should always press the button for help if you are able to do so)
has GPS location built in, which means we can find you if you press your button for help
NB: if you have a pacemaker, the Careline GO must be worn on your belt, not as a pendant, and must be kept at least 25cm away from your pacemaker at all times.

The GO uses a roaming sim, similar to a mobile phone, and will connect to the strongest 3G mobile network available when you press the button for help. It has a built-in speaker and microphone so our monitoring centre can talk with you, and Global Positioning System (GPS) technology so our operators can locate you and can contact a family member or the emergency services with your location.

We offer a grant to cover the cost of the installation of our Careline Alarm, Falls Pendant and GO if you live within West Norfolk and are in receipt of a qualifying benefit, or experiencing memory loss.

Troubleshooting

Troubleshooting the Careline GO

If you’re having problems with your Careline GO, here are some common faults and solutions to try.

Fault: Fall detector too sensitive or not sensitive enough.

Contact Careline Operators.

Fault: Low battery warning.

Place GO on charge. If not charging, request a replacement wireless charger base from Careline Operators.

Fault: GO does not make alarm call when both buttons pressed together.

Press pendant button on one side to determine fault. GO will announce battery status, signal strength and GPS strength.

Fault: No signal.

Move to better signal area or try outside.
