Independence when you want it, help when you need it

The Careline Digital Home Alarm offers peace of mind and reassurance round-the-clock. Worn around the neck or on the wrist, the push-button alarm pendant is comfortable and discreet. By the touch of a button, our call monitoring centre can contact family, friends or the emergency services if needed, 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Our Careline Digital Home Alarm:

  • includes a lightweight push-button alarm pendant
  • allows you to move freely about your home and garden
  • is water resistant for use in the shower or bath
  • has a range of approximately 300m (this may vary depending on the structure of your property, our installers will check the range when they visit)
  • Can be linked to the Careline GO mobile alarm.

Digital friendly – no landline connection required

The Careline Digital Home Alarm is a digital telecare system. There is no need for a landline connection – just an electrical socket. In the case of electricity failure it has a 40-70 hour battery back up and can ring through to our call centre using the mobile 2G and 4G networks.

Careline Digital Home Advanced, with added falls detection

The Careline Digital Home Alarm also can also be ordered as an advanced version. This is an ideal solution if the wearer experiences or is at risk of more regular falls due to poor mobility or long-term health conditions such as epilepsy, diabetes and Parkinson’s disease.

​The Careline Advanced pendant has built-in sensors and will automatically alert our monitoring centre if you fall*. You can also press the button to place a call manually.

*IMPORTANT. The Advanced pendant is designed to detect a hard fall, followed by a period of inactivity. Some falls (soft or broken falls against a wall or chair) may not be detected by the pendant, and movement after a fall can cancel the call (to prevent false alarms), so we encourage you to always press the button if you are able to.

We offer a grant to cover the cost of the installation of our Careline Digital Alarm, Careline Basic Alarm, Careline GO and Falls Pendant if you live within West Norfolk and are in receipt of a qualifying benefit, or experiencing memory loss.
