Careline Home Alarm

24/7 help at the touch of a button – No landline required

Monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, helping you and your loved ones remain safe and independent inside your own homes.

Independence when you want it, help when you need it

Our Careline Digital Alarm offers peace of mind and reassurance round-the-clock. Worn around the neck, our pendant is comfortable and discreet. By the touch of a button, our call monitoring centre can contact family, friends or the emergency services if needed, 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Our Careline Digital Alarm:

  • is lightweight and easy to wear
  • allows you to move freely about your home and garden
  • is waterproof for use in the shower and bath
  • has a range of approximately 300 m (this may vary depending on the structure of your property, our installers will check the range when they visit)

No landline connection required

The Careline Digital Alarm is a digital telecare system, there is no need for a landline connection just an electrical socket. In the case of electricity failure it has a 40-70 hour battery back up and can ring through to our call centre using the mobile networks 3G/4G sim.

Press and hold your personal help button and count to three. The outer rim will begin to flash to red to let you know help has been activated. It will then send a signal to the alarm unit in your home. This will automatically dial the call monitoring centre where one of our operators will answer your call in seconds.

Even if you can’t speak, or are too far away from the unit, our operator will know who you are, and will have all your details to hand. They’ll contact a relative, neighbour or the emergency services on your behalf.

Careline Digital Alarm Advanced with added falls detection

The Careline Digital Alarm also comes as an advanced option. The Careline Digital Alarm pendant is an ideal solution if you experience regular falls due to poor mobility or long-term health conditions such as epilepsy, diabetes and Parkinson’s disease.

The Careline Digital Alarm pendant has built-in sensors and will automatically alert our monitoring centre if you fall*. Alternatively you can press the button to place a call manually.

*Some falls (soft or broken falls against a wall or chair) may not be detected by the pendant, so we encourage you to always press the button if you are able to.
