Post Pandemic

The coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic affected all of us across the globe and even though the world is now moving forward, we understand and appreciate that some of our customers remain cautious.

Here at Careline Community Services our main priority is ensuring that our valued customers remain safe and independent within their homes whilst maintaining the peace of mind of them, their family, and friends.

Personal Installation by our Visiting Officers

Our Visiting team (installers) operated throughout the pandemic to the present day, supplying our alarms and pendants to customers in Norfolk and the surrounding areas. The installers ensure that they are working in the safest conditions for both the customers and themselves.

Prior to their visit we will contact the customer to book the installation in around their schedule, and on the day if customers would like the visiting officer to wear PPE, they will have this ready to put on.

Postal Installation

We offer a self-installation service for customers who may need it or find it easier to do. This entails sending one of our products and a product installation and user guide in the post (at a small fee) to the customer’s address.

The guides will clearly explain how to set up the alarms/pendants and how to test/use them. If assistance is needed, will be on hand Monday to Friday offering telephone support to help set it up.

Out of hours faults service

If a fault occurs out of office hours or during the weekend it will be passed on to our Service and Maintenance contractors who will contact the customer to arrange a visit. PPE is available to be worn by the contractors if the customer would like them to wear it.
