Month in numbers: February 2024

Our numbers for February are in, with fewer calls and falls compared to January, but more emergency callouts. When our alarms are activated our highly trained operators quickly assess the situation and contact the help needed, whether that’s a nominated neighbour, friend, carer, or the emergency services if necessary.
