Month in numbers: April 2024

Our numbers for April 2024 are here, with more calls and emergency callouts compared to March, underlining the importance of our service. Thankfully, the number of falls with injuries was down slightly.

When our alarms are activated our highly trained operators quickly assess the situation and contact the help needed, whether that’s a nominated neighbour, friend, carer, or the emergency services if necessary.
