Lost your pendant?


If you have lost your pendant we can provide you with a new one.

Options for replacement pendants are as follows;

Lost Myamie pendant

£60.00 postal, £90.00 week-day visit, £130.00 out of hours visit

Lost Falls pendant (Replacement cannot be posted, visit only)

£80.00 lost at time of cancellation, £110.00 week-day visit, £150.00 out of hours visit

Lost Chiptech Basic pendant

£60.00 postal, £90.00 week-day visit, £130.00 out of hours visit

Lost Chiptech Falls pendant (Replacement cannot be posted, visit only)

£80.00 lost at time of cancellation, £110.00 week-day visit, £150.00 out of hours visit

My Amie Pendant Installation Guide


If you have received a new My Amie (red button) pendant from us and need to program it into your alarm, please read our installation guide below.


Need an additional pendant?


If you would like an additional pendant for your Careline Personal Alarm we can arrange a visit to install one for an extra 70p per week.

Need a new wrist strap or neck cord?


If your wrist strap or neck cord becomes damaged or is lost we can send out a replacement to you.

Do you have a payment query?


If you have a query regarding one of your payments enquire below and we will contact you with details.


Do you need to change your nominated contact information?


If you need to change contact information for your nominated contacts (neighbours, family etc.), the easiest way to do so is to press your alarm button and speak to the monitoring centre via the alarm base unit or GO pendant.

Do you have an alarm fault?


If your alarm is giving a warning message or is not working, please contact us immediately on 01553 616200.
