How we operate under COVID
We have continued to operate throughout the pandemic, supplying our alarms and pendants to those in need in Norfolk and the surrounding area. We have taken every step to ensure our customers are kept safe with our installers wearing full PPE and keeping two metres distance at all times whilst inside your property.
Prior to our visit we will contact you to check that nobody within the household is displaying COVID 19 symptoms and all being well will book your installation and explain what will happen on the day.
Self-Installation service
Alternatively, we can offer a self-installation service for those who are shielding, self-isolating or simply limiting the number of visitors into their homes. Our Installation Guide provides clear instructions on how to install the alarm and test it to ensure everything is working correctly. For a small fee we will post your unit out and will be on hand Monday to Friday offering telephone support to help set it up.
Office based team
In order to comply with social distancing measures, we have reduced the number of people working in our offices so please be patient with us if it takes slightly longer to deal with your query.
Faults service
If a fault occurs out of office hours or during the weekend it will be passed on to our Service and Maintenance contractors who will contact you to arrange a visit. Full PPE will be worn and Government guidance adhered to.
