Emma Boore – Careline Community Service Manager

Since rejoining the Careline Community Service in 2008 Emma has managed the team through a number of internal changes and continues to monitor and improve the efficiency and helpfulness of the team. Emma is responsible for developing new and existing services at affordable costs by encouraging partnership working and securing funding.

Our Visiting Team

The Visiting Team are all Trusted Assessors and have been trained by the Disabled Living Foundation. They have also undergone dementia specific training and DBS police checks (formerly CRB). All Officers wear Council photographic ID badges providing you with assurance they are who they say they are.

Our Handyperson team consist of Eddie Francis and Paul Collins.

Our Careline installation team consist of Nigel Grant and Tracey Johnson.

Our Administration and Finance Team

Led by Linda Hemeter, our Administration and Finance team deal with bookings, invoicing and payments and are available to answer any queries you may have regarding any of these.







Our Business Development and Marketing Team

Our Business Development and Marketing Team are out and about in the community delivering presentations to stakeholders and talks to local support groups. They manage all of the marketing and promotional activity for Careline and are happy to attend any groups requesting more information about the services we provide.
